Camp Overview

Similar in spirit to block-based programming languages like Scratch, MIT App Inventor is a visual coding environment that enables you to create complete Android apps for phones!

Students drag and snap together blocks to specify their app logic and presentation and can see their creations in action either on an actual device or using an emulator on their computer.

The app elements covered in this course can be used to build very complex applications without needing to learn a programming language.

Create your own apps and share them on the Google Play store!
